With continued growth and multiple new projects beginning, we are looking to bring on a skilled foreman who can help lead our team and uphold the standards that define our work.

Role Overview

This position is ideal for someone with a strong carpentry background and a meticulous eye for detail. The work is highly precise and demands a foreman who takes pride in accuracy, consistency and quality. Experience within the passive fire protection industry will be considered a significant advantage.

You will oversee on-site work, coordinate with team members, and ensure all tasks are delivered to the highest standard. To support your transition into the role, you will initially work alongside an experienced crew member who will guide you through our methods, expectations, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on-site carpentry and fire protection tasks
• Ensure all work meets industry standards and company quality expectations
• Coordinate daily operations, materials, and workflow
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with management
• Support, mentor, and guide crew members
• Uphold a safe and compliant working environment at all times

Ideal Candidate

• Strong background in carpentry with proven hands-on experience
• Passive fire protection experience is highly desirable
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Confident leadership skills and the ability to support a team
• Reliable, organised, and able to manage workload across multiple tasks
• Willingness to learn and adapt to specialised methods within the passive sector
