Boylan Print Group have a requirement for an experienced gluing operator. This is a full time position, and the ideal candidate needs to be proficient in all aspects of gluing, and with a high attention to detail.

It's for a 36 hour working week, although overtime may be required during busy periods. Some die cutting experience would extremely advantageous, but not essential.

The ideal candidate should have the ability to fulfill the following skill set;

1. Maximise work output and maximise conformance to the work schedule,

2. Have the flexibility to operate or to train others when required,

3. Be compliant with all company and Group policies,

4. Monitor performance and be compliant to all the company routines and standards,

5. Uphold health and safety procedures that are in place,

6. Have high standards of good housekeeping

7. Analysing quality, production and processes,

8. Reporting of any incidents, machine breakdowns or delays to the department head.

Wages are negotiable and depend on experience.
