Position Responsibilities:

1. Monitors each patient throughout the daily schedule.

2. Enforces program rules and expectations and reports infractions to the Therapist and Clinical Director.

3. Monitors patient conformance with program schedule, reports problems and informs supervisor.

4. Makes daily assignment checks and discusses results with each patient.

5. Monitors patient participation and reports problems to supervisor.

6. Resolves conflicts through general and supportive advice.

7. Participates in patient recreation, leisure, and weekend activities as scheduled.

8. Provides case management services.

9. Transports patients to scheduled activities or arranges transportation.

10. Reports any vehicle problems to supervisor.

11. Prepares educational and motivational lectures and groups.

12. Monitors AA/NA meetings on premises including recruitment of speakers.

13. Maintains the confidentiality of all patient and facility activities.

14. Complies with Policies and Procedures.

15. Accepts and utilizes supervision

16. Addresses problems noted by supervisor

17. Performs other assignments as requested by supervisor

18. Demonstrates willingness to accept responsibility

19. Completes all tasks with concern for work quality

20. Being sensitive to Cultural Issues of a patient based on their job position

21. Reporting Suicidality/Homicide of a patient based to their job position.

22. Ability of competency and understanding to Addition based on their job position.

23. Reporting and responding to issues of Trauma of a patient based on their job position.

24. Reporting and responding to issues of Dual – Diagnosis issues of a patient based on their job position

Job Type: Full-time
