About The Position
Location: Port Pirie
Status: Part Time FTE 0.6
Closing Date for Applications: 04th March 2026
The Tailored Learning Program provides support and case management to young people who are disengaged from their education and learning.
As the Case Manager, you will work with young people one-on-one to support them to connect to education by addressing their barriers in a way that will relate to their strengths and their goals. Students will be provided with case management to explore options for their learning.

Skills and Experiences:
You will:
- Have strong relationship building and communication skills.
- Have knowledge of key issues facing young people.
- Ensure the program achieves objectives and participant outcomes.
- Current Australian Drivers Licence.
- Certificate IV or above in a Human Services related discipline e.g. Community Services, Case Management, Disability, Mental Health, Youth Work, etc.
- Relevant experience, in a paid or voluntary capacity.
