Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented casement and slider assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in assembly processes. This role involves working with various hand and power tools to assemble components accurately and efficiently, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Assembly of casement/slider windows: construct and assemble window frames, glass panels, seals, and hardware according to specifications.
• Material Handling: Read and interpret cutting lines on material, and use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and join materials.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards before installation.
• Safety Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency during the assembly process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in window assembly or a related field.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot assembly issues.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and warehouse operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Ability to lift and move material up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Reliable, punctual, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
