We’re currently hiring Cashiers to join our growing retail team in Jersey City. We’re looking for reliable, customer-focused individuals who can provide fast, accurate service while helping create a positive experience for every customer who visits the store.

What You’ll Be Responsible For Customer Transactions & Checkout Support

• Process cash, card and contactless payments accurately
• Handle refunds, exchanges and receipts professionally
• Assist customers with pricing, promotions and general checkout enquiries
• Maintain a smooth and efficient checkout experience during busy periods

Customer Service & Shop Floor Support

• Greet customers and provide friendly assistance when needed
• Help maintain clean, organised and fully stocked checkout areas
• Support with bagging items and directing customers around the store
• Assist with shelf replenishment and basic merchandising tasks when required

Store Operations

• Balance tills and follow cash-handling procedures
• Help maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards
• Follow company policies relating to safety, security and customer service
• Work collaboratively with team members to support daily store operations

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling payments
• Reliable with good punctuality and attendance
• Comfortable working in a busy retail environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holiday shifts

Previous experience in cashiering, retail sales, hospitality or customer service is beneficial, but not required.
