We are looking for a Cashier to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that all cash is handled in a secure manner. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, take orders and answer their questions in a friendly manner.
- Operate cash registers and other point-of-sale devices.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Complete closing tasks at the end of each shift, ensuring the restaurant is ready for the next day.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Keep the checkout area clean and organized.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
