Description:
To process customer payment transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Keeping track of customer accounts
Data entry for receivals
Balancing end of day sales
Answering phone calls
Stock control
General office duties
Accurate processing of customer payments and ensuring pricing is correct
Issue payment receipts, refunds or order variations
Maintain a clean, tidy and hygienic work station
Reconcile end of day sales
Assist to resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with accurate and relevant information
Maintain accurate transaction reports
Assist the head cashier as required
Undertake general office duties as required
Order stationary and office supplies as required

Skills and Experiences:
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Experience processing customer payments
Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
Demonstated capacity to maintain accurate records
Coordination and planning skills
Experience resolving customer complaints
Demonstrated commitment to the provision of excellent customer service
Commitment to working in accordance with Company policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
