Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
• Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
• Process sales efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Conduct product demos and provide technical information to customers
• Upsell products and promote special offers to enhance sales opportunities
• Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently
• Uphold phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online channels
• Support store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting shopping environment

Skills

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective customer interactions
• Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles
• Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills
• Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features confidently
• Organizational skills to manage merchandising displays and stock levels
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
• Sales acumen with a focus on upselling and enhancing the customer experience
• Familiarity with technology products or technical sales is a plus but not required

Shift and Schedule

Weekdays, Weekends as needed, Night shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00 per hour
