Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a welcoming first impression that sets the tone for their visit
- Manage guest seating arrangements efficiently as a host, ensuring optimal table turnover and guest satisfaction
- Handle all cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, maintaining attention to detail during busy hours
- Assist servers by bussing tables promptly, clearing dishes, resetting tables, and ensuring the dining area remains clean and inviting
- Provide friendly and professional customer service over the phone and in person, addressing guest inquiries with clarity and courtesy
- Support food service operations by coordinating with kitchen staff and ensuring timely delivery of orders to guests
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, condiment stations, and service stations in accordance with health standards
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when taking reservations or answering guest questions about menu options or restaurant policies
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and management
- Experience in customer service roles that require patience, attentiveness, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of hospitality best practices including guest services, serving techniques, and restaurant operations is advantageous
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism
- Experience with hotel or restaurant environments will support understanding of service standards and guest expectations

Working Hours-
Weekdays-6:30-15:00
Weekends-7:00-15:30
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
