About the Role
Are you versatile and like variety in your working day? Are you looking for casual on-call administration work? If yes to these questions, then this role may be of interest to you!
Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty operates a casual, on-call administration team to support a number of services across hospital sites to cover staff when required. We are currently looking to employ additional administration staff to join the casual, on-call administration team. Your administration skills will be utilised around the wider hospital campus when required. One day you could be working on front reception and the next week you could be scheduling appointments in physiotherapy.
About you
- Flexible and adaptable as majority of work is organised at short notice
- High level attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and administration skills
- Accurate and efficient typing skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Quick learner
- Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth.
- Experience in projects / initiatives which give effect to Te Tiriti principals and frameworks, and the application of Mātauranga Māori and Kaupapa Māori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings.
