Blackshaws Road Pharmacy has proudly served Altona North and surrounding areas for over 50 years. We are known for friendly service, professional care, and a genuine commitment to our customers. We are now looking for a Casual Pharmacy Assistant Grade 1 to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone with retail pharmacy experience who enjoys helping people, works well in a team, and takes pride in a well-presented front of shop.

What you’ll do

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service
• Assist with over-the-counter and front-of-shop sales
• Operate the register and process transactions accurately
• Maintain shelves, displays, ticketing, and store presentation
• Support stock receiving, replenishment, and rotation
• Assist pharmacists with day-to-day workflow
• Help keep the pharmacy clean, organised, and welcoming

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy retail experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confident with merchandising and stock presentation
• Reliable, proactive, and team-focused
• Good attention to detail
• S2/S3 Certificate required
• Certificate II in Community Pharmacy or higher preferred
