The Role
This role is responsible for
- Strategic ownership of product categories, driving product profitability and growth while working closely with Sales to achieve business objectives.
- Setting the long-term vision and strategy for products by understanding the product, competitors, customers and market.
- Managing product roadmaps, improvements, testing, compliance and certification requirements.
- Working across the business to facilitate completion of tasks with representatives from Sales, Marketing, R&D, Commercial and Operations.
- Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships to support sourcing, quality and continuity of supply.
- Providing product technical support and training for Sales, Operations and other business units as required.

Essential
- Logical and analytical

- Ability to project manage
- Previous construction product experience

- Business management or marketing training/
