Come lead ICT Sourcing to new heights – Join Posti as our new Category Manager!

We are the owners of the supplier relationship, from selection and integration to contracting and the procure-to-pay process. Key responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate a cross-functional virtual category team

Define and implement the ICT Sourcing category strategy across all business units at Posti
-
Gather business requirements and analyze market trends and best practices
-
Identify synergies and drive total cost of ownership (TCO) optimization

Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to ensure long-term value
-
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive sourcing transformation across all Posti countries
To succeed in this position, we hope that you have:

A university degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field

Strong background in strategic sourcing and supply chain management

Proven ability to identify and deliver cost savings

Solid experience in supplier base management and contract negotiations

Strategic thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented approach

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work under pressure and drive changes in a complex organization

Fluent Finnish and English language skills

Willingness to travel as needed
