Part‑Time Afternoon Catering Assistant

Location: Ballincollig
Schedule: 2 days per week

• Tuesday: 14:00–21:00
• Thursday: 14:00–21:00

Job Description

• Work on a fast‑paced catering production line
• Assist with food preparation, portioning, packing, and labelling
• Maintain strict hygiene and food‑safety standards at all times
• Operate production equipment safely and follow all procedures
• Keep workstations clean, organised, and fully stocked
• Support smooth production flow during busy afternoon/evening periods
• Follow instructions accurately and work efficiently
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members
• Uphold high standards of reliability, punctuality, and consistency
• Contribute to a safe, compliant, and professional working environment

Requirements

• Must have previous catering or food‑production experience
• Not a summer job and not suitable for students
• Must be legally eligible to work in Ireland
• Good spoken English
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively on a production line
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with evening finishes

Pay: €14.15 per hour
