This part-time role offers a consistent weekday roster across Monday and Friday. You’ll be part of a dedicated kitchen team focused on delivering high-quality service and meals to residents. With no night or weekend shifts, this role is ideal for someone looking for reliable daytime hours.

Description:
The Role:
Cater Care seeks to appoint a Catering Assistant at one of our key aged care residences in Brookvale

What This Role Involves:
Assisting with food preparation
Customer service - serving our residents meals and snacks
Re-stocking as required, and after meal periods
Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen & dining areas
Maintaining food hygiene and safety practices
Fast, effective service throughout busy periods - with a good attitude
Prepare and present texture modified foods

Skills and Experiences:
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience assisting in kitchens, food preparation and/or customer service
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
Previous experience in aged care (preferred but not essential)
