About the role:
Looking for flexible, school-friendly hours in a supportive team?

Join Gather by Cater Care as a Catering Assistant at our Gatton education site! We have part-time and casual roles available.

You’ll prepare and serve meals, support events and special functions, and help create memorable dining experiences for up to 420 students - all while working in a fast-paced, busy kitchen with free onsite parking. Be part of a team that values your contribution and makes every day rewarding.

Roster: Various days & hours, weekdays and some weekends (24-35 hrs/week)

What this role involves:

• Assisting with food preparation and serving meals and snacks
• Providing excellent customer service with a smile
• Re-stocking items as needed and after meal periods
• Washing dishes and keeping kitchen and dining areas clean and safe
• Following all food safety and hygiene standards

Skills and Experiences:
The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in food preparation and/or customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Friendly, positive attitude
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
