Location: Horsham, Victoria
Roster: Wednesday & Thursday, 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Pay: $25.85 per hour + Super

Cater Care is seeking a friendly and reliable Catering Assistant to join our aged care team at one of our sites in Horsham, Victoria, on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food items including salads, sandwiches, and texture-modified meals
• Assist with meal service, ensuring a high standard of presentation and customer service
• Restock supplies before, during, and after service periods
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including dishwashing duties
• Set tables and assist with plating and meal distribution

Skills and Experiences:
About You

• Previous experience in food preparation and/or customer service
• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery highly regarded
• Experience in contract catering, aged care, healthcare, or food service environments is desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
