Location: Malmsbury VIC
Pay Rate: $27.08/hr base + $1 KPI bonus (paid quarterly after successful probation)
Positions: Multiple roles available | Monday - Sunday

Cater Care is seeking multiple Catering Assistants to join our team in Malmsbury.

In this fast-paced role, you'll assist with food preparation and meal service while maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards. You'll also support young people participating in training and work experience programs, helping to create a positive, respectful and inclusive kitchen environment.

What This Role Involves

• Assisting with food preparation and delivery
• Customer service - serving our clients and staff meals and snacks
• Re-stocking as required, and after meal periods
• Dishwashing and maintaining clean kitchen and service areas
• Following all food safety and hygiene standards

Skills and Experiences:
The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Proven experience in food preparation and/or customer service
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Professional communication and presentation skills
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
