Job Type : Casual / Permanent – Part Time | 22 Hours Per Week

Roster : Monday 8:00am to 2:30pm, Tuesday 8:00am to 2:30pm, Friday 8:00am to 2:30pm, Saturday 8:00am to 2:30pm,

What You'll Do

• Deliver friendly, high-quality customer service to students, staff, and visitors during busy service times.
• Assist with basic food preparation, ingredient portioning, and presentation for daily school menus.
• Maintain immaculate cleanliness, dishwashing, and hygiene standards across all kitchen work areas.
• Support the catering team with stock replenishment, storage, and inventory rotation tasks.
• Adhere strictly to school food safety regulations, HACCP guidelines, and workplace health standards.
• Set up and pack down service stations efficiently before and after campus dining periods.

Skills and Experiences:
About You

• Possession of a valid, current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) is mandatory.
• Previous experience in food preparation, kitchen operations, or commercial catering environments is highly regarded.
• Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor are essential for student interaction.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment is required.
• Full availability to commit to the specific 22-hour roster across weekdays and Saturdays is necessary.
• Strong commitment to maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and food safety is expected.
