Part-Time Hospitality Role - Union College, St Lucia
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Pay: Hospitality Award Rate + Super

The Role

Step into a role where no two days are the same. From assisting with daily meal service to supporting functions and supervising service periods, you’ll play a key part in keeping operations running efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take on responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare dining areas and serve meals to students
  • Assist with basic food preparation (sandwiches, salads, vegetable prep)
  • Maintain cleanliness across kitchen, service, and dining areas, including dishwashing
  • Support and supervise service periods, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
  • Guide and assist team members, including supporting new staff
  • Follow all food hygiene, safety, and security procedures
Skills and Experiences:
Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen or hospitality environment
  • Ability to supervise or support team members during service
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure
  • Knowledge of OH&S and food safety standards
