We specialize in a contemporary menu featuring breakfasts, light lunches, snacks, daily specials, Afternoon Teas, coffees, and homemade cakes – all crafted with locally sourced ingredients.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the catering operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional food quality.
• Supervise the kitchen team to deliver dishes with excellent presentation and consistency.
• Collaborate with the Café Manager to design seasonal menus and exciting specials.
• Oversee stock control, reduce waste, and manage daily catering logistics.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment in line with health and safety standards.
• Work closely with front-of-house staff to deliver an outstanding dining experience.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Catering Lead or in a similar culinary leadership role.
• Passionate about creating delicious, high-quality food with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to oversee catering operations effectively.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
