(This is a commissionable sales role)

Responsibilities

• Client Account Management and Servicing
• Build and maintain good client relationship and rapport
• Attending to potential sales enquiries and closing sales
• Establish and looking for new sales opportunities using various sales channel
• Crafting of Proposals and Quotation; Assist clients in menu selection and proposal
• Brainstorming, Event Conceptualisation and Implementation
• On-site project operation set-up and management of part-timers where required
• Coordinate with internal production team to ensure smooth execution of catering and events
• Account for sales and profitability of event orders and ensure smooth operations of catering functions
• Any other duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel and F&B Management or equivalent
• At least 1 to 2 years of sales or business development experience in F&B / Catering / Hospitality experience
• Self-disciplined, proactive and have strong sense of urgency to complete task on time
• Able to multi-task & work independently under a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and minimum supervision.
• Out-going, extremely self-motivated, meticulous, creative and sales driven
• Able to work in a KPI-driven environment
• Ability to work in accordance to event schedules when needed
