Position: CBSE French Teacher (Class 1 to 8)
Location: Edify School, Chikkabanavara
Job Type: Part Time (3 days a week - Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday)

Job Summary:

Edify School is seeking a passionate and qualified French Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching French to students from Classes 1 to 8, promoting interest in foreign language learning, and supporting co-curricular initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach the French language to students from Classes 1 to 8 as per the curriculum.
• Design and deliver engaging lessons suited to different learning levels and styles.
• Conduct periodic assessments and provide constructive feedback to support student growth.
• Organize and lead co-curricular activities such as French language clubs, cultural events, and language competitions.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall language learning environment.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate students’ academic progress effectively.
• Maintain discipline and promote a positive classroom and campus environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in French or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a school setting
• Skills:
• Strong proficiency in French with the ability to teach junior and middle school students.
• Effective communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching languages and engaging young learners.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to individual student needs and academic levels.
