Prestotech is looking for a dedicated and hardworking CCTV & IT Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CCTV installation, computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting. Freshers with technical knowledge are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain CCTV camera systems.
• Configure DVR/NVR and IP cameras.
• Install and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
• Set up LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and networking equipment.
• Diagnose and repair basic printer and computer issues.
• Visit customer locations for installation and maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support.

Requirements

• ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in a technical field (preferred).
• Knowledge of CCTV systems and computer hardware.
• Basic networking skills (LAN/WAN, routers, switches).
• Ability to travel for field service.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driving license is an advantage.
