Building on our experienced multidisciplinary team, we offer turnkey Civil Engineering and construction solutions from pre-project feasibility studies to complete Civil Engineering and construction solutions, inclusive of all aspects of project and health and safety management.

We have a client base that includes Anglian Water, Affinity Water, Balfour Beatty, Lotus Cars, British Sugar, Flagship Group, East of England Co-Op and large Civil Engineering contractors. We are currently looking for CCTV Drainage Operator/Operatives to work on various civil engineering/construction projects on both planned and reactive work for our enabling department.

Daily responsibilities will include carrying out below ground CCTV surveys, investigation of below and above ground drainage systems, drain line clearances and assisting other teams including combi tanker, confined space, HPWJ and lining teams with CCTV Operations.

This role will include the following duties:-

  • Competent in undertaking CCTV survey inspections, where you will be responsible for identifying defects, pipe condition, design issues and misconnections within underground and above ground drainage systems.
  • Compile and code reports to pipe sewer condition classification MSCC5 (OS19X)
  • Complete risk assessments and dynamic method statements to ensure that all operations are managed safely and ensure good health and safety practices are followed.

The following experience is preferred:-

  • At least 5 years experience within the drainage industry.
  • Able to demonstrate technical knowledge and competency in undertaking internal and external investigation works.
  • Experience with Wincan VX software.

A full clean driving licence is essential, along with self motivation, discipline and a serious approach to health and safety standards.

A flexible approach to working hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £15.00-£19.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
