The CDS Intake Coordinator provides support to the Cognitive Disability Strategy (CDS) program by: creating meeting agendas, processing CDS intake applications, and entering data for statistical purposes. The CDS Intake Coordinator is responsible to answer stakeholder inquiries as needed.
Education and Professional Certification
- Diploma or undergraduate degree in office administration, or a related field of study.
Experience
- Minimum one (1) year of experience working in an office environment.
- Experience working on computers with software packages including; Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience working with various databases.

Duties and Responsibilities
Services
- Collaborates with Cognitive Disability Strategy (CDS) applicants and their teams to finalize incoming applications to ensure all required information is attached.
- Manages and completes monthly CDS Intake Agendas and notifies the CDS consultants in a timely manner when it is complete.
- Requests Daily Living Support Assessments (DLSA’s) and emails to Sask Abilities.
- Manages the correspondence in relation to the CDS email inbox.
- Administration of all CDS documentation including incoming/outgoing letters, applications.
- Generates meeting minutes and sends CDS applications to CDS Provincial Office.
- Creates annual meeting schedules and makes appropriate bookings.
- Management of provider invoices.
- Attends CDS intake meetings monthly, as well as CDS consultant meetings as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Management of Resources
- Reconcile and audit account receivables for CDS program as required.

- Adhere to written or verbal agency and government regulations, policies, practices, and instructions.
The incumbent is responsible for completing all mandatory training requirements for the position as per agency policy and guidelines.
Wage Range: $21.68 - $28.39 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
