Expected annual earnings: $50,000-$55,000+ based on performance, with opportunities for continued growth.
Target Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday with a combination of opening and closing shifts.
Position Overview
The Center Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of center operations while creating an exceptional guest experience and achieving financial goals. This role oversees sales performance, team development, recruiting, operational execution, guest retention, and overall center profitability.
Successful Center Managers lead by example, build strong teams, hold associates accountable, and create a positive, high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities Guest Experience Leadership
- Create an exceptional experience for every guest, every visit.
- Ensure guests feel welcomed, valued, and confident in our services.
- Coach associates to build trust and long-term relationships that drive guest loyalty and retention.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally while protecting the integrity of the brand.
Sales & Business Performance
- Lead the center to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Analyze and utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business results.
- Coach associates on sales behaviors, guest retention, retail performance, and package sales.
- Monitor daily business trends and adjust strategies to maximize opportunities.
- Maintain accountability for center productivity, profitability, and overall performance.
Team Development & Leadership
- Recruit, interview, hire, and retain top talent.
- Build a strong talent pipeline to ensure staffing needs are consistently met.
- Provide ongoing coaching, development, recognition, and performance management.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Foster a positive, professional, and results-oriented culture.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready center environment.
- Manage scheduling, inventory, expense control, loss prevention, and labor efficiency.
- Ensure all associates are properly trained and consistently executing company standards.
Visual & Brand Standards
- Maintain visual merchandising and marketing standards.
- Ensure all promotions, signage, and brand initiatives are executed accurately and on time.
- Create a professional environment that reflects the European Wax Center brand.

- Strong sales and coaching abilities with a track record of driving results.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and work on the sales floor for extended periods (80%+ of the workday).
- Ability to bend, reach, climb, and lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Comfortable using POS systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
Availability Requirements
- Full-time exempt position.
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to respond to urgent business needs and center emergencies when necessary.
- Typical operating hours range between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
