At Green Leaves Early Learning, our Centre Administrators are truly one-of-a-kind. With your warm, caring nature, you play a vital role in fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for our families, children, and team

  • Welcoming our families, children and team in a friendly and professional way
  • Introducing new families and team members to the service, conducting Centre tours, assisting with enrolments and orientations
  • Use your strong systems skills across QikKids and Salesforce to manage enrolments and families' accounts
  • Showcase your masterful prioritisation skills to complete a range of systems-related tasks, while managing phone, email, debt collection and walk-in queries
  • Support the Centre by using your refined people and leadership skills as a key member of the Centre Leadership team
  • Liaise with our maintenance team as well as external suppliers and contractors to ensure our Centre continues to present as it did the first week we opened
  • Use your super-star administrative skills to ensure all tasks are completed to a high level of accuracy, in a reliable and consistent manner
  • Display your extraordinary interpersonal and customer service skills to breeze through some difficult conversations.

About You:
  • Full-time position, must be available to work Monday to Friday with rotating shifts between 7.30am and 5.30pm
  • A current SA Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Current SA Child Protection Training (or willing to obtain)
  • Current HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate and CPR (or willing to obtain)
  • National Child Safety Training (or willing to obtain)
  • Proda ID (or willing to obtain)
National Police Clearance obtained in the last 6 months (or willing to obtain)
