Centre Director - Rangiora, Christchurch

We are looking for a dedicated leader who is committed to driving success and leading a team to provide exceptional childcare.

At our centre in Rangiora, you'll enjoy the benefit of an established centre within an amazing small community, with lovely outdoor areas and on-street parking.

In this full-time position, we're looking for someone who is inspired to lead our mission driven team, work in partnership with parents, and ensure our care and education develops each child's full potential. You'll be strongly aligned with our core values: Safe, Loved and Learning and when we meet you, we will ask you to tell us about your strengths and proven leadership experience in:

• Managing and building strong, trusted relationships
• Nurturing your team and growing their potential by role modelling, mentoring and coaching

• Competently managing key operational tasks and financial performance

This role may appeal to an existing Centre Supervisor or leader who is seeking a new challenge in running an established centre or someone with Leadership experience in a previous role.
