About the Role:

As our Fitness Centre Lead, you'll play a key role in the day to day running of Lifting Legends.

You'll lead by example, coach members, support families, develop staff and help ensure every person who walks through our doors has an outstanding experience.

You'll work closely with the founder to continually improve our systems, develop our services and help grow the business.

No two days are ever the same, and that's exactly how we like it.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the day to day operation of the centre.
• Deliver high quality coaching sessions for children, teenagers and adults.
• Create an exceptional experience for members and their families.
• Lead and support our coaching team.
• Ensure coaching standards and member safety remain exceptional.
• Manage daily schedules and centre operations.
• Build positive relationships with parents, carers and members.
• Help grow membership through outstanding service and community engagement.
• Work with local schools, therapists and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems and member experience.
• Help drive the continued growth of Lifting Legends.

About You:

We're much more interested in finding the right person than the perfect CV.

You'll be someone who naturally enjoys leading others, takes ownership and genuinely cares about helping people succeed.

You'll be positive, organised, calm under pressure and always willing to learn.

You may come from fitness, education, disability services, healthcare, coaching, youth work, hospitality or another leadership role.

Most importantly, you'll believe that every individual deserves the opportunity to become stronger, more confident and more independent.

What We're Looking For:

Essential

• A positive attitude and excellent people skills.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication.
• A natural leader who leads by example.
• Confidence working with people of all ages.
• The ability to work independently and make good decisions.
• A willingness to learn our specialist coaching systems.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Permission to work in Ireland.

Desirable

Experience in one or more of the following:

• Fitness coaching or personal training.
• Leadership or management.
• Disability services.
• Education.
• Youth work.
• Healthcare.
• Customer service.
• Community programmes.
