Centre Support Officer

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the childcare sector? We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Centre Support Officer to provide essential support to our Centre Directors and Area Managers.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position where we would like someone to start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• KidSoft Management, provide daily support to Centre Directors and Area Managers:
  • Assist with family account queries, audits, and debt management.
  • Oversee CCS enrolments and payments.
  • Administer Kindy Funding and staff discounts.
  • Handle ISS, parent refunds, and other funding-related enquiries.
  • Provide general KidSoft support.

• Proven experience in childcare administration, family support, or accounts.
• Skilled in using Childcare Management Software with a strong understanding of CCS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive team player with a warm, enthusiastic attitude.
• Compassionate, understanding, and able to build strong relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Requirements:

• Willing to obtain Working with Children Checks (QLD, SA, and ACT), if you don’t already have this.
• Ongoing national police checks every six months.
• Full Australian work rights are essential.
