Z Plus Limousine is a Dubai-based premium mobility company operating a fast-growing fleet of 100+ vehicles, with a strong focus on electric vehicles (EVs).

We provide chauffeur-driven services across:

• Airport transfers
• Corporate mobility
• Hotel & VIP transport

Role Overview

We are looking for someone who can build from ground zero and scale fast.

This role is for a person who is flexible, hands-on, and ready to adapt to real market conditions — not someone who needs a perfect setup.

If you are someone who can figure things out, move fast, and grow with the business, this is for you.

What You Will Do

• Start operations from scratch — city selection, setup, execution
• Build and manage EV taxi fleet operations (Uber/Ola/corporate)
• Handle everything on ground — drivers, vendors, approvals, issues
• Grow the business step by step — from first 10 cars to 100+
• Work closely with leadership and take full ownership of growth
