Manager/CEO - Credit Union - South County Dublin

• Manager/CEO position for a small but prominent Credit Union in South County Dublin.
• Opportunity for an experienced leader to shape the future success and strategy of the Credit Union.

A Credit Union based in South County Dublin, with an excellent reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Board of Directors, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the Credit Union.
• Propose the overall strategy for the service to be provided, in line with the ethos and objectives of credit unions.
• Develop and lead the Business Development strategy, representing the Credit Union in the local community.
• Develop and present the strategic and annual business plans to the Board for approval.

Key Skills Required

• Proven experience in a similar role, or in a senior leadership position within the Credit Union sector or broader financial services.
• Previous Credit Union experience is preferred.
• A Central Bank Minimum Competency Qualification, e.g., QFA and/or other suitable qualification in financial services, credit unions, management, business, law, finance, risk, or compliance.
• A strong understanding and/or interest in the Credit Union sector.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €80,000.00-€90,000.00 per year
