Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families?
CRCS is seeking dedicated Certificate III qualified Educator to join our Early Education and Care team!
This role is permanent full time working 76 hours per fortnight. This position will be based at Bruce Ridge Early Learning Centre.
About the Role
As an Educator, you will:
Deliver high-quality education and care for children in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) or My Time, Our Place (MTOP).
Support children’s learning, agency, health, and wellbeing in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and the community to achieve positive outcomes.
Maintain high professional standards while meeting the requirements of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Knowledgeable about health, safety, inclusion, and sustainable practices.
Essential Requirements
Certificate III qualification (either currently working towards or completed).
Anaphylactic training certificate.
Current First Aid (Education and Care Setting) and CPR Certificate.
A genuine commitment to providing safe, engaging, and high-quality care.

As part of our commitment to child safeguarding, we require all employees to undergo relevant screening processes, including Working with Children Check (WWCC) and/or Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) checks and National Police Checks.
