Summary
We are seeking a Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team at The Tooth Corner. This role is essential in supporting our dental professionals and ensuring a smooth, efficient operation within our offices. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality dental care in a friendly and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during examinations and procedures to ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with health protocols.
- Manage patient records using Dentrix software, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Schedule appointments and assist with front desk duties as needed.
- Support pediatric and orthodontic procedures as required.
- Able to work on Saturdays and some weekdays
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
- Familiarity with Paradigm software is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $23.00-$24.00 per hour

- Dental assisting: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Harp certification (required)
