Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) Responsibilities

• Manage the dietary department, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and federal regulations

• Supervise and coordinate the work of food service staff.

• Conduct quality control measures to ensure food quality, safety, and presentation

• Maintain accurate records and reports related to food service operations

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

• Participate in budget planning and management

Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
