Cocoon Spa’thecary is a modern, eco-conscious spa sanctuary located in the heart of downtown Kitchener. We specialize in luxurious wellness experiences using ECOCERT-certified skincare products from our local sister brand, Cocoon Apothecary.

Our spa is rooted in holistic self-care, natural beauty, and intentional relaxation. We are currently seeking a passionate, certified Esthetician who has a genuine love for massage-based treatments and creating deeply restorative guest experiences.

Your primary focus will include:

Relaxation Massage

Hot Stone Massage

Scalp, Hand & Foot Massage Rituals

Facials, Pedicures, Manicures

Enhancing the spa experience through therapeutic touch

At the same time, your esthetics background will allow you to contribute to a well-rounded luxury spa experience through facials, skincare guidance, and additional spa services.

Who You Are

You are someone who genuinely enjoys helping people relax, recharge, and feel cared for. You understand that wellness treatments are more than services — they are experiences.

The ideal candidate has:

Esthetics Diploma (required)

A strong interest in relaxation-focused massage and body treatments

Experience performing massage-based spa services confidently and professionally

Excellent client care and communication skills

A calm, nurturing, and welcoming presence

A passion for holistic wellness and natural skincare

Strong sanitation and organizational practices

Confidence recommending retail and homecare products naturally

Comfort working in a fast-paced luxury spa environment

Reliable, professional, and team-oriented energy

Additional skills that complement this role are highly valued, including:

Facials and skincare treatments

Pedicures and manicures

Hair removal services

Scalp massage or aromatherapy knowledge

Retail and guest experience expertise

Transportation & Accessibility

While on-site parking is not available, we are conveniently located near public transit and the LRT. Secure bike storage is available, and paid parking options are nearby.
