Job Overview
We are seeking a Certified Forklift Operator with minimum 3 years experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating forklifts to move materials and products.

Duties

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials and products
• Perform order picking and inventory management tasks using warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Safely handle heavy lifting of goods and materials, adhering to safety protocols
• Assist in organizing warehouse layout for optimal storage and retrieval efficiency
• Conduct routine inspections of forklift equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols during operation of equipment

Skills

• Valid certification as a forklift operator with minimum 3 years experience as Counterbalance Forklift Operator
• Experience with warehouse distribution processes and inventory control systems
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) for order processing and tracking
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities during order picking
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
• Good understanding of safety procedures related to forklift operation and warehouse environment
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate order picking and inventory management

Location: BURLINGTON

Note: Candidate must be authorized to work Full Time for any employer in Canada.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
