We help homebuyers make confident, informed decisions—and we’re growing! We're looking for a dedicated Home Inspector to join our team. Whether you’re an experienced pro or new to the industry, we offer full training and a supportive work culture.

What You’ll Do

• Perform detailed home inspections following InterNACHI standards and company procedures
• Examine roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, structural, and other home systems
• Access crawlspaces, attics, and roofs to inspect all key components
• Capture and document findings clearly, using photos and written summaries
• Communicate your findings to clients and real estate agents with confidence and professionalism
• Help homebuyers understand the condition of the property and what it means for their decision

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• A willingness to learn—we provide all necessary training
• Can't have any problems with crawlspace, attics, or roofs at all
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort working outdoors and in confined spaces (crawlspaces, attics, etc.)
• Physical ability to walk on roofs, bend, stoop, and climb ladders
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• A passion for helping others and a professional, detail-oriented mindset

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience in construction, general contracting, or the trades
• InterNACHI membership or willingness to obtain certification (we’ll help!)
• Familiarity with home systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
