Job Summary

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Level II Dental Assistant to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in dental assisting, with experience in digital x-rays and Itero. Duties

  • Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures, including invisalign, implants and crown and bridge.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure all equipment is functioning properly
  • Take digital radiographs and perform intraoral imaging
  • Manage patient records accurately using Akitu software
  • Provide patient education on oral health care and post-treatment instructions
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and greeting patients
  • Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards
  • Support the team with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Experience

  • Certified Level II Dental Assistant
  • Prior experience in dental assisting is preferred
  • Experience with digital impressions (Itero)
  • Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental practice highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of dental procedures, sterilization techniques, and infection control standards

Hours

Monday's 7:30-7:00pm, Tuesday's 7:30am-5:00pm, Wednesday's 7:30-5:00pm, Friday's 7:30-3:00pm. Additional hours possible.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
