Duties:
- Ensure the safety of all guests by monitoring the pool area and enforcing safety rules and regulations
- Provide excellent guest service by answering questions, providing assistance, and addressing any concerns or issues
- Conduct regular pool maintenance tasks, including cleaning and maintaining the pool area
- Perform first aid and CPR as necessary in case of emergencies
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times
Skills:
- Strong swimming skills and ability to perform rescues if needed
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Physical fitness and ability to perform heavy lifting as required for pool maintenance
Please note that lifeguard certification is required for this position.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $10.45 - $11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
