We are currently recruiting a Mercedes-Benz Certified Technician to join M-B Berwick.

Description:
About the role:

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic tests using state-of-the-art equipment to identify and rectify vehicle issues
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, and software systems in Mercedes-Benz vehicles
• Interpret diagnostic results and provide accurate advice and recommendations to customers and colleagues
• Collaborate with the workshop manager, other technicians and service advisors to ensure timely and efficient repairs
• Test driving & conducting quality assurance inspections
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and participate in ongoing training programs

Skills and Experiences:
About you:

• Qualified Technician with a high level of mechanical knowledge/experience
• You will offer a full range of specialised services, including diagnosis and repair.
• Accreditation at a Diagnostic Tech level (ideal)
• Proven experience as a diagnostic technician, preferably with a focus on Mercedes-Benz vehicles
• Strong knowledge of Mercedes-Benz diagnostic tools, software, and systems
• Proficient in interpreting and analysing diagnostic reports and data
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Current driver's license
