Harding's Pharmacy in Kalamazoo is seeking a dedicated *Certified Pharmacy Technician* to join our team in providing exceptional service in a grocery store pharmacy setting.

*Job Overview:*

Calling all technicians who are looking for a change! In this position, you will maintain a healthy work-life balance as this is a daytime role (close at 6pm on weekdays), with NO Sundays, NO major holidays, and an enjoyable grocery store setting.

*Duties:*As a Certified Pharmacy Technician at Harding's Pharmacy, you will play a crucial role in supporting pharmacists in various pharmacy-related tasks. You will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in prescription order processing, prescription-filling, and patient care to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of pharmacy services.

- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications following prescription orders accurately.

- Provide excellent patient care by addressing inquiries, ensuring prescription accuracy, and offering support with inventory management.

- Maintain inventory control by restocking medications and monitoring expiration dates.

- Communicate with healthcare professionals, patients, and insurance companies to troubleshoot issues to maintain a high standard of patient care.

- Uphold high standards of professionalism and adhere to all regulatory requirements.

-Willingness to help at other Kalamazoo area Harding's Pharmacies.

*Qualifications:*

- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician.

- Proficiency in medical terminology, typing/computer usage, and understanding of pharmaceutical calculations.

- Experience in a retaill pharmacy setting is preferred.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

*Pay:* Pay based on experience and certfication.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
