As Change Communications Specialist, you'll develop and execute comprehensive communication plans that align with our strategic goals and cultural principles, particularly Kaupapa Matua, through an HR lens. Your targeted messaging will reach our wonderfully diverse kaimahi (employees), ensuring everyone is informed, engaged, and onboard with our goals.
