About the role (temporary up to 12 months):


The Digital Transformation branch is currently implementing a suite of digital ICT projects, such as the rollout and adoption of a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, a new public website, and modernizing critical business systems. The Change Lead drives the change management function for the Branch, guiding people‑readiness across major ICT initiatives and embedding consistent, structured change practices into project delivery. The role provides strategic oversight, uplifts internal capability, and acts as the central point for change‑related risks, ensuring transformation efforts are sustainable and aligned with organisational priorities.

Based in NSW Parliament, the Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is a specialist service department working to support the operation of the Parliament of NSW by providing logistical support and advice to members, the Departments of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly and the people of New South Wales.
