Change Management Lead | North Ryde
At CSR, we're building a better future together.
The Opportunity
At CSR, we're transforming the way we work to build a stronger, more customer-focused business. As part of our Transformation team, we're looking for an experienced Change Management Lead to lead people through complex business and technology change while helping shape the future capability of our organisation.
In this leadership role, you will solve complex business problems, build high-performing teams and influence meaningful outcomes at all levels of the organisation.
You'll work closely with executives, senior leaders and delivery teams to create clarity, build commitment and embed sustainable change across the business.
If you're equally comfortable thinking strategically, leading others and rolling up your sleeves to deliver, we'd love to hear from you.
What you will be doing
- Lead the development and delivery of integrated change strategies across multiple business and technology transformation initiatives.
- Partner with executives and senior leaders to influence decision-making, build sponsorship and drive successful change outcomes.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Change Managers, creating a collaborative, high-performing environment where people can grow and succeed.
- Build trusted relationships across the organisation, using insight and sound judgement to navigate complexity and competing priorities.
- Identify organisational impacts, risks and opportunities, translating them into practical actions that support successful adoption.
- Oversee the delivery of change activities including stakeholder engagement, communications, learning and capability initiatives.
- Measure readiness, adoption and business outcomes, ensuring change is embedded and sustained beyond implementation.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of CSR's change capability, frameworks and ways of working.
About you
You're an experienced Change Lead who understands that successful transformation starts with people. You bring a balance of strategic thinking, practical delivery and leadership, and know how to build trust, simplify complexity and create momentum in challenging environments.
You'll bring:
- Proven experience leading organisational change across complex business, technology and process transformation initiatives. Proven experience in ERP/ or similar tech implementations will provide a solid foundation for this role.
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing change teams.
- Experience partnering with executives and senior leaders, providing trusted advice and influencing decisions that deliver business outcomes.
- A strong understanding of human behaviour, organisational dynamics and what enables people to adopt and sustain new ways of working.
- The ability to analyse complex situations, apply sound judgement and translate ambiguity into clear, practical solutions.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation.
- A collaborative leadership style that builds capability, encourages diverse thinking and brings people together to achieve shared outcomes.
- A proactive, accountable approach with the ability to maintain momentum through ambiguity, competing priorities and change.
- The ability to delivery stakeholder and impact assessments, communication and training strategies supported by implementation plans when needed.
- A formal Change Management qualification (such as APMG, Prosci or equivalent).
- Proven experience in using Human-Centred Design, Behavioural Science, Agile Change Leadership or related disciplines will be highly regarded.
What's in it for you?
- Competitive salary package that reflects your experience, with recognition for the impact you'll deliver.
- Purposeful, meaningful work where you'll directly influence how our people adopt new technologies and ways of working.
- A genuinely supportive and inclusive culture where collaboration, curiosity and new ideas are encouraged.
- The opportunity to shape and elevate change delivery in a leading Australian organisation while continuing to grow your own capability and career.
