We are now recruiting for a Change Management Specialist (Hybrid) - a permanent role in our organisation. This is a role reporting to the Head of Training & Change Management. The position is based in Tampere or Turku, Finland.
Through our “Lyon” program, we are driving the implementation and business enablement of SAP S/4HANA and connected systems for Divisions operating through our global production units.
Job purpose
The Change Management Specialist is a key role within the Lyon program and other initiatives. The role will enable the successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA through a focus on people, including driving engagement and readiness for changes to business processes, technology, job roles and organisation structures.
The role will support all change management and training related activities for the program, from impact assessment, stakeholder engagement and communications through to end user training, adoption and business readiness. The role will define the change management and training strategies in collaboration with the project managers and the business.
The primary responsibility will be delivering on the change management strategy and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance to change. The role will be actively engaged in the development and delivery of the change management and training program for the impacted stakeholders. The role will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilisation of, and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. The role will support the stakeholder engagement lead in negotiating with the management levels in the organisation to ensure that the change is appropriately understood and supported by all impacted people.
Main responsibilities
  • Defines change management and training strategies
  • Identifies change impacts and the appropriate change interventions that support the employees’ transition to new ways of working.
  • Develops communication materials with appropriate messaging that helps cultivate engagement and acceptance
  • Supports business readiness activities
  • Coordinates change champion and super user activities
  • Measures change through readiness assessments
  • Identifies, analyses and prepares risk mitigation tactics
  • Identifies and manages anticipated resistance
  • Engages with managers at all levels, change champions and super users
  • Supports role to position mapping activities and organizational design implications
  • Evaluates and ensures business readiness and measures success metrics
  • Monitors and updates change plan as necessary
Your background
  • 3+ years experience in a change management role, supporting complex change initiatives, in a large scale or multinational organization preferred
  • Experience of major transformation programs required
  • Experience supporting change management activities on a technology transformation program preferred
  • SAP, ERP, manufacturing or production management experience is advantageous
  • Data analytical tools (PowerBI, Excel) experience advantageous
  • French language speaking advantageous
  • Educated to degree level
  • Certification in Change Management preferred (PROSCI, APMG)
  • Certification in Project Management desirable
  • Ability to travel globally as required
