Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Change Manager to join a dynamic team. As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting change management initiatives across the organization, ensuring smooth transitions and successful adoption of new processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Create and deliver change management communications and training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change.
- Facilitate Change Impact Assessments and work with the Change Network to address impact and spread key messages across the organization.
- Create and refine training materials and plans based on feedback from the Change Network.
- Support the establishment of Super-users within the organization, including train-the-trainer activities and knowledge sharing across product lines.
- Facilitate overall project communication and manage project communication plans.
- Regularly collaborate with the Project Planning Team, ensuring communication, training, and Super-user establishment align with overall project goals.
- Contribute to project assessments and improvement initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.

Admission and Application
This is a full-time role. The assignment is scheduled to start on 16th December 2024 and is expected to run until 31st December 2025, with the possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant for this exciting opportunity.
