Pour l’un de nos clients, une banque située à Luxembourg, nous recherchons un Change Manager.
Description des tâches :
S’assurer de la qualité des demandes de changement et du respect des délais de prévenance
Suivre les demandes de changements tout au long de leur cycle de vie
Participer et animer occasionnellement comités de validation des changements – Change Advisory Board (CAB) (en l’absence du Change Manager en place)
Garantir le respect du processus de gestion des changements
Présenter occasionnellement les changements à risque aux différents comités ainsi que les KPI de pilotage (en l’absence du Change Manager en place)
La ressource devra posséder un background technique important (Infrastructure, production) afin de juger des impacts des changements programmés.
Il est primordial de posséder une très bonne connaissance de l’outil d’ITSM ServiceNow !
